The Hey Venus is the new album of the Super Furry Animals and it is out now. The wacky Welshmen have made a career out of pretending that a patently
silly formula is totally logical. No, it shouldn’t work to expose
jangly California pop tricks to the drizzly psychedelia of Caerdydd,
but chirpy good cheer and slightly psychotic guitars have minded that
