OMG! Here's another simply brilliant – and gorgeous – contribution to the Swedish Female Artists Phenomenon.
If you're anywhere near to like Swedish electro queen Robyn, I suggest you give this baby a spin. Sophia Somajo may very well champion Robyn for the title. Not only does she produce oustanding electrosoul herself, she writes stuff for other artists as well and has collaborated with Adam Tensta, Vincent and Juvelen just to name a few.
Somajo takes pride in being a bedroom producer – in fact, she recorded her entire debut album in there, using the pc built-in mic for the vocals (!). The album, aptly called "The Laptop Diaries" was relased a few months back here in Sweden and is now due for international release. You might've heard her "Stockholm calling" .
