Benjamin of Akwaaba sayz: – We release a lot of music from Africa. As in music recorded and often released in Africa, but never available for the rest of the world to enjoy. The music on Akwaaba is very eclectic, just like the music we found on our trips to Africa. We send half of our money to Africa, because we think even if stuff’s obscure or hard to get, the people who created the music should still be paid fairly. -
