I have mixed feelings about this (great pun). I don’t really like pop and I don’t really like mash-ups for some of the reasons Jesus outlined but I think this is a pretty cool idea and it if nothing else it sums up everything I stand against into a really nice little package. My favorite thing about pop music is that there is so much money in the production that it allows electro producers with relatively impoverished production capability to have a high value sound. Its a necessary evil.
