Android apps for SoundCloud

We clearly remember the day when we first posted about SoundCloud. It was in June 2008, feels like yesterday. Since then ‘the great new startup’ became one of the major players of the net, they got big, there are a lot of new tools, even an official iPhone app. We are hoping for an official Android client too, but after a little search in the SoundCloud Tools’ section we found two apps.
Soundroid 2.0 seems to be more complex, it allows you to upload, edit, delete, listen and share yours tracks from your Soundcloud account using your Android device.
SoundCloud Droid seems to be a bit more stripped down, it’s focusing on uploading files from the Android device to SoundCloud.
They are not official apps, but might worth to try them till the official one arrives.
