The original score is amazing, truly. But I’ve gotta go with Nightcall. Love that song! Kavinsky’s amazing and I think the track really works in the movie.

“Under Your Spell” – Desire.
It captures the emotion and reality of the relationship between Driver and Irene. The lyrics fill in the dialogue that is unspoken between the two. They develop this connection/passion rarely explored in movies and this song document their light hearted yet deep relationship.
I saw this movie at Cannes back in May and I have been waiting 4 months to see it again! It was one of the best movies I saw in the whole two weeks. The entire soundtrack is phenomenal and captures the best aspects of the movie!
As much as I love the whole soundtrack, I have to go to the one that first hooked me right at the beginning of the film. Nightcall is my choice.
The soundtrack is amazing, but if I had to pick, Desire’s Under Your Spell is perfect. Second would have to be “Where’s the Deluxe Version?”
“Oh my love” by Riz Ortolani feat. Katyna Ranieri was definitely one of the most moving tracks on this soundtrack, although “Tick of the Clock” was kind of cool …

A perfect ending.
I’d say the title track (“Drive”). Has a very strong resemblance to his “Solaris” soundtrack (one of my all-time favorite movie scores).

As soon as they played this during the opening credits, I knew I would love this movie! The whole soundtrack is beast though.

Nightcall just get in my head every time i see that poster. Fits perfect.
I am really enamored with the soundtrack, and I am usually not a lover of synth/electro. “Nightcall” by Kavinsky & Lovefoxxx is the one that has been on repeat, so that’s my favorite for now. But “Oh My Love” by Riz Ortolani ft. Katyna Ranieri is a close second. Honestly, it just depends on my mood.

MY favorite track is definitely “Nightcall” by Kavinsky and Lovefoxx. This movies was fucking amazing. I also really enjoyed “A Real Hero” by College.

Nightcall- Kavinsky def got me hooked.
Tip of the Clock has a great flow to it. I almost want to see it sampled by other artists, maybe lay some lyrics over it.
Drive is a real chill piece that I would like to actually use in my personal home videos for when I’m out drifting this winter in my WRX.
All and all the album is a real chill, yet powerful, collection of audio.

Bride of Deluxe
Despite the slow buildup, it works well for me. I do wish the piano part with the driving beat under it lasted for more than 8 seconds.
The Chromatics – Tick of the Clock. Driving, pulsating and oozzing with an atmosphere that just contains the whole movie for me. Love it!!
