Party Ben is the master of recycling old materials and I’m not talking about just mashing two songs together. This new thinggy, as the PB describes is a riff on A+D‘s famous Beethoven’s 5th Gold Digger combined with his earlier Kanye mashup and it was made for his all video set at the Bootie, back in January. Talking about videos, we found a really cute piece on the Party Ben Information Systems. This was obviously not made by him, but he deffo has to do something with Boulevard Of Broken Songs…

A defendant had a hard time facing the music. Andrew Vactor was facing a $150 fine for playing rap music too loudly on his car stereo in July. But a judge offered to reduce that to $35 if Vactor spent 20 hours listening to classical music by the likes of Bach, Beethoven and Chopin.

Vactor, 24, lasted only about 15 minutes, a probation officer said.

It wasn’t the music, Vactor said, he just needed to be at practice with the rest of the Urbana University basketball team. [read more @ AP ]
