We’re proud, happy and very very excited to announce the return of The Found Sound Orchestra, Team9’s side project with cut-ups and sampling galore.

Next week sees the release of the new, long-awaited FSO album, Memorabilica. I spent the better part of Wednesday listening to it on repeat. And it’s simply amazing. Cool, stylish and very laidback – I just wish we weren’t leaving the summer months here in Sweden. This would’ve definitely made my summer house porch setlist…

yoshi sodeoka made this great video installation by cutting up two of the most well-known songs in the history of music, Let It Be by Beatles and Let It Bleed by Rolling Stones. Each track was sliced up into small pieces and rearranged. Let It Be is panned on the right channel, Let It Bleed is panned on the left channel.

This video was first premiered at Given Enough Eyeballs show, The Esther M. Klein Art Gallery PA in 2008.
