really dope Snoop Dogg portrait by Jason Mecier
made of marijuana joints, leaves and stems, and hash
this is so real ;)

Not like "out" in a closet sense of the word, but "out" of jail… Blake Fielder-Civil or "My Blaaaaaakey" as Winehouse prefers to refer to her husband and muse, was released from jail today after serving 12 months of a 27-month jail sentence.
It is believed that the singer’s husband is heading to rehab (no no no) clinic as part of the terms of his release…. Winehouse was at her Camdem home when her husband was released. It is unclear when the couple will be reunited. Let’s hope if they do they "Bee-hive" themselves…

A Jefferson Airplane and Star Trek mash-up? Yes, psychedelic drugs and Star Trek fit perfectly. This is a comedy crackvid about the TOS crew (mainly Kirk, Spock & McCoy) to Jefferson Airplane’s White Rabbit. Don’t try those pills kids!
Pink Skull: Drugs Will Keep Us Together [mp3 zShare, Discobelle exclusive]
Drugs Will Keep Us Together, the debut release from Brooklyn NY’s newest label of distinction, The Savant Guard, is nothing short of a guaranteed killer.
Philadelphia’s Pink Skull offers up this funky off-kilter tech house banger, combining left field sensibilities with more progressive elements, they’ve created a twisted, streamlined unstoppable dance floor monster. This track is like if The Dahlbeks joined Zongamin: freaked out breakdowns, mind-bottling (like your head is trapped in a bottle!) stutters, and a blissed-out hands-in-the-air reprise, akin to Alter Ego’s Rocker. No shit.
Accompanying Pink Skull’s original creation, on the A side, are NYC’s electro darlings 33Hz along with Ming (of Ming+FS) and their hard, raved-out house dub. A very musical and melodic trip with disco guitars, a supersaw synth, stuttering basslines, and sexual innuendos, that will make you ask, "Where were you in ’92?"
Fidget House superstar and veteran producer, Trevor Loveys (Dubsided, Nuphonic, House of 909) adds his unique and crazy touch on the B side. His 8 minute plus remix takes a tweaky break beat approach that creeps up and attacks like a spasming amoeba as it continually twitches and morphs between the abstract and the defined. It gradually unfurls its wings and grows into a seismic dancefloor anthem. This epic and eloborate mix offers something for the complete freak in everyone.

Monday Kick.
A happy, positive craziness which helps to start an another week.
This is a quote from Moby’s blog:
oh, sometimes journalists read my updates.
if you’re a journalist and you’re reading this: hi, nice to meet you.
if you’re a journalist and you’re going to be interviewing me please note the following:
a-at present i have no plans to go into space.
b-i like tea but i’m not a teetotaller(why is it ‘teetotaller’, is it a
golf related? for the record, my first ever job was as a caddy but i
know nothing about golf).
just trying to be helpful and save you some time.
also, if you’re a journalist and you’re thinking of either giving ‘last night’ a bad review
or writing something nasty about me i’d be more than happy to send cash/drugs/hookers
to you in the interest of receiving good press.
i’m all for freedom of the press, but i’m not averse to some good old-fashioned
4th estate payola(to spell it out: bad review=no cash/drugs/hookers. good review=cash/drugs/hookers).
i know that some members of the press find me distasteful. i
understand, i’m opinionated and annoying. but don’t you think you could
shelve the bad review in the interest of free money or drugs?
come on, everyone’s doing it. just pretend you’re a member of the house of representatives.
now i’m thinking that i shouldn’t post this because someone might misunderstand that i’m
being facetious. no hookers or drugs from me, cos that would be illegal(notice that sweet beautiful
cash wasn’t included in the ‘illegal’ list. and the hookers and drugs
are negotiable depending upon the country wherein you’ll be
writing/publishing the good review).
after reading this
we are more than ready to write something good about the album
:D
even if its is heavy metal again ;)
