Junior Boys – Hazel

Begone Dull Care, the remarkable new album from the duo of Jeremy Greenspan and Matthew Didemus, known as Junior Boys, is set for a UK release on 11th May 2009. The album will be preceded by a single, Hazel on 20th April. But the guys at Motormouthmedia are so kool, look they sent this little gift for you dear AudioPornographers. Hazel will be available to buy online on March 3rd. Oh, and you can download it for free if you preorder the Begone Dull Care album on iTunes. Meanwhile listen it here on APC, turn it really LOUD. This is the end of a looong week, let's celebrate! We invite you for a concert in Berlin. This is one of our fave concert videos ever and if you are a real AudioPorn Freak it will fill you up with a lotta positive NRG.

Berlin's legendary club Weekend
is located in a skyscraper off Alexanderplatz and opens its terrace
during the summer. Regulars to the club specially love the early hours
when dancing outside to enjoy the sun rising above Berlins roofs. It
offers a fantastic view over the city combined with the latest popluar
electronic tunes.

The Weekend planned regular open air live
concerts on the large terrace on the 15th floor and wanted to kick off
this series with up and coming electro trio Bodi Bill,
one of Berlin's darlings. Right after that first performance, Berlin's
city officials decided to prohibit all future concerts so we guess it's
safe to say that this is a one-time thing and will remain unique. Word
on the streets is that this is the concert of the year to a lot of
Berliners that attended it live.

As you know it already we are starting a brand new thinggy next week called VIP Blogger Series. We will invite APC fave artists, celebrities to blog for a week about music, culture, arts and/or technology. They will release exclusive articles/posts on APC every day of they guest week any by the end of the week you can meet with the current VIP Guest via a special LIVE CHAT fan interview. As you might noticed we’ve created a new category for this project, so the entire VIP Blogger Series will be easy to find in the future as well. According to our plans we will do this session every month.

As you know it already our first guest is Morgan Page !!! If you haven’t lived in a cave in the last couple of years and you like electronic dance music I’m sure you are pretty excited now. Morgan made remixes for artists like Ashlee Simpson, Stevie Nicks, Nelly Furtado, Ultra Nate, Dolores O’Riordan, Korn, Tegan & Sara, he scored three Billboard No1’s and as we reported earlier, Morgan will remix Madonna’s new single, Miles Away. Of course we can talk about his albums and DJ sets and many other things, but you know these things already, right?
