Spike Lee to make James Brown Movie

Spike Lee is set to make a movie about James Brown.
Lee and Paramount Pictures acquired the rights to the Brown biopic
shortly after the singer died in 2006 of heart failure
The Godfather of Soul will be played by Wesley Snipes,
if he wins his appeal against his three year conviction
for federal income tax evasion.
