CHILLY GONZALES: Ivory Tower album 30th August
Chilly Gonzales returns with his first official UK full length release since Solo Piano in 2006. Ivory Tower, an ambitious, intelligent and typically of Chilly, fun album, is also companion to a feature film of the same name starring Tiga and Peaches as well as himself. The ambitious project confirms Gonzales as the musical genius and legendary all-round entertainer he’s always claimed to be.

Hercules & Love Affair recorded a special set for Pitchfork’s Don’t Look Down series. We digg roof concerts big time and this one is really really special. These Brooklyn disco disciples make music that bumps in the night. And, during this 21-minute sunset rooftop performance, it feels like their elastic grooves and non-stop vogue-ing do their part to help push the sun down across the horizon.

Anthony and the Johnsons – Another World [Video]

He’s back! After the tremendous disco flirt together with Hercules & Love Affair and the stunning duet with Björk, Anthony returns with his Johnsons in grand style and a new EP. A new album is on the way as well, but we’ll have to wait until January next year for that.
